Staring into night
Howls shiver bright slivered moon
Rage chills dark harvest

October rain walk
Invigorating twilight
Dance with dusk for warmth

Light spills ancient mystery
Thoughts wander restless

Full Moon:
Insomnia moon
4 a.m. bright dispelling
Sleep howls out of tune

Lonely in the night
But not for people. No, Sleep
Dreams but not of me

Sun at window Sleep weights eyes
Dreams thoughts nightmares heard
